Delivery of parcels in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the rest of Europe.
We work with different shipping companies but mostly with PostNL for deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium, and UPS for delivery in all of Europe.
When will we ship your order?
We only ship on regular working days from Monday to Friday. All shipped packages are registered and insured.
What are the delivery time and routes of my order?
Almost all deliveries arrive within 24 hours or a maximum of 3 days, with the exception of specific remote areas. The delivery times are between 9:00 am and 19:30 pm (only on working days), with the exception of Saturday delivery for the Netherlands (POSTNL).
All delivery and parcel service companies determine their own route. As a result, we have no influence on the exact time your product will be delivered at the receiving address. Moreover, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by a 3rd party.
What happens if nobody is present at my delivery address?
If nobody is present, a message will be left (One delivery attempt, then the shipment will be delivered at a service point.).
Has your order not been delivered after 3 attempts? Then it is automatically sent back to Telefoona.com. You can then make a new delivery appointment yourself via the website of UPS (or external party).
